The spa’s lounge area offers a cozy atmosphere with unlimited hot drinks from a machine, making it a nice touch for relaxation. The changing rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with warm showers and clean facilities like hairdryers and cotton pads.
Struggled with the confusing layout between the hotel and spa, lacked clear signage making navigation a bit of a hassle. The absence of a jacuzzi was a letdown, which is often expected in spa facilities, and the temperature of the pool felt on the colder side. having to request a TV remote and dealing with ineffective air conditioning in the room added to a list of minor annoyances that affected the overall comfort of the stay.
